BILLET THERMOSTAT HOUSING  FORD PSD 1999 - 2003 7.3L
Replace the stamped steel "one time use stock housing" with this Black anodized housing.

This is a Billet Thermostat Housing is for the Ford Powerstroke Diesel 1999-2003 The stock thermostat housing is intended to be used only once and then replaced.  Re-using it will generally be problematic as it will leak.  Even a small weep in this spot is not good because it will pit the surface where the "O" ring sits and make it difficult to get a good seal even with a new housing.

INCLUDES FREE 1st Class Shipping .

Other sites offer this item but charge a lot for shipping. Others do not include the Stainless Steel Bolt Kit and the gasket normally is supplied with the thermostat only.
