How do I return an item?

Include:
1.  Your order or invoice number
2.  Why you want return this item (we want you to be happy with your purchase and
    may be able help you apply for a Manufacturers Warranty.  If we do not understand
    the problem we will not be able to assist you).
3.  Be organized and give all of the facts.
We will contact you as soon as possible, hopefully with a solution.  If not we will issued
a Return Authorization and instructions if we are contacted 30 days of the transaction date.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.  All returns are to be shipped
pre-paid by the sender in the original package.  A re-stocking fee MAY apply.

WE RECCOMMEND THE USE OF EMAIL TO billing@nasautomotive.com.  This helps us keep
our costs and prices down.  You can call Bernie and most likely leave a message at
